When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing your order. Once your package is Start to transport, you will be notified in your email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
SmartTail will accommodate any change requests, but can't guarantee that updates will be made before your order ships.
Please contact service@smtpet.com at Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm after you place an order and our team will work with you to resolve any issues.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once order ships, you’ll receive an email notification If still have questions, contact service@smtpet.com.

How long will receive my order?
We use international express delivery to ship from China to United States, and generally receive orders within 10 to 15 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders in the Australia are all free shipping, and other countries may have different shipping costs based on different products.

What’s your return policy?
Unused or unworn items can be returned within 7 days. For all International orders, please contact to service@smtpet.com to receive details on processing a return for a refund. International orders cannot be exchanged.
What if I want to return an item that falls outside of the return policy?
If you wish to return something outside of our 7-day window, please contact us directly and we will try to help in any way we can. If we are able to take the item back, it will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

If I am an enterprise, do I need to purchase in bulk?
